In this episode, Alex Quin chats with Marko Gojanovic, a Miami-based businessman and high-end luxury real estate entrepreneur. He initially moved to Miami after college to start a pro tennis career. However, after multiple injuries and surgeries that were undergone, Marko got into modeling and the events and the vibrant party scene of Miami. He is a club and event curator & promoter, the co-founder of Model Volleyball, partner at Joia Beach, and has also recently entered into the luxury real estate business in Miami. In this podcast, he talks about his journey so far, how he entered the nightlife industry and promotion scene, and what he did to become one of the most renowned entrepreneurs in all of Miami.

• Always Evolve: Constantly find new ways to learn, evolve and grow. Stop trying to be right all the time. Surround yourself with people who challenge you. Consume as much knowledge as you can in the field you want to be successful in. The knowledge is out there and is easily accessible. The hustle is in making sure that you put in the time and effort so that you grow and evolve. 
• Put Yourself First: Always ensure that you take care of yourself first. Is it important to be recovering, and doing things that help you level up. Treat yourself like an athlete. In order to be able to perform your best, you need to be taking care of yourself the best. Do whatever needs to be done to ensure that you remain high-performing.
